At Mental Health at Work we believe that expertly facilitated training in small groups, is the right approach to introduce, what is often, a very sensitive subject into the workplace.
We also know that this is not a subject that can be portrayed through weighty manuals and textbooks. However, some of our clients find post training materials useful in re-enforcing the key points, building confidence and embedding the key messages within workplace culture.
We have therefore produced a range of topic sheets, flexibly constructed to be used in both on and offline formats, either standalone of embedded in our client’s internal communications tools, which cover talking points and checklists. This range evolves with our clients and we are happy to discuss individual bespoke requirements as part of an overall mental health strategic project
