Mental health is a key determinant of the workplace environment as it affects employee retention and team relationships, and the education sector is no exception.  Every year mental health issues will affect around one in four of us.
Is your organisation one that understands, manages and promotes mental health as an integral part of working life?
Mental Health at Work is delighted to be working with Services for Education to deliver a whole day of industry relevant, practical and skills based training for Senior Leaders in Educational Settings at their Central Birmingham office.  This essential training is designed to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills to enable conversations about mental health, reduce stigma by increasing awareness and literacy, understand and comply with the Equality Act 2010 and move towards creating a setting where mental health is seen as important as physical health.
