We believe that the individual employee has an important role to play in building a more mentally healthly organisation.

We have partnered with the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) to offer an on-line mindfulness tool – Be Mindful. MHF, with prevention at the heart of their mission, have researched the extensive, unregulated mindfulness space and identified Be Mindful as the most appropriate solution for use in the workplace.

This is the only fully online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction course and has been independently evaluated by leading academic institutions1 and has significant potential to reduce occurrences of staff stress- related sickness and improve general mental health and quality of life for all employees whether they have experience of mental distress or not – by improving sleep, reducing rumination and tiredness.

In the workplace setting this tool is available on a licence basis with secure participation statistics and outcome reporting.
