Wellbeing Director, Business in the Community

Louise started her career as a fashion buyer at Marks & Spencer and transitioned into campaigning by taking health into fashion to support the government’s national skin cancer prevention programme. She has led campaigns including World Mental Health Day, 5 A DAY and FRANK.

Since joining Business in the Community (BITC) in 2007, Louise has campaigned to establish employee wellbeing as a core responsible business component and a strategic boardroom issue. 

BITC’s wellbeing campaign is a collaborative business led movement. It has been developed by international business leaders with the purpose of creating happier, healthier and more productive workforces, with a special focus on mental health.
